Need your help!
I really wished this could be a release post, but unfortunately it isn’t. I’m in a bit of a fix right now. As you all know, jackoweskla does the transcripts for all Studio 60 subtitles that I synch and release. As of today, after waiting for a few days for the transcripts to be released, I got word that she has stopped watching the show and unless someone else steps in, the resource site I visit for transcripts will no longer carry any new releases. Now that really does suck.
In any case, unless jackoweskla gets back, I’m left with two options. One – Stop doing subs for Studio 60 entirely. The second option is to do the transcripts and synch them myself. Now, problem is, I too miss out on a lot of the dialogues which is why I bank on the resource site so much. But quitting isn’t an option I would like to pursue so I’m asking you guys to try and pitch in. After the episode airs, if you can – please send in transcripts of any part/scene/conversation, anything you feel like. It doesn’t have to be in any sort of format…just fire up notepad and start scribbling! Then copy that into an email and send it to studiosixty.wordpress@gmail.com. I’m positive that with your help, we can release subs for our favourite show once again! Looking forward to your contributions! Cheers!

I will try to help you but it’s not so easy for me because i’m from Barcelona (spain).
By the way, you know something about the end of the show in March? I read some news about it….

After the 17th episode, Studio60’s time slot will be taken by The Black Donnelys till late may. Then the show will come back, I guess.

Thank you very much for your effort so far… It’s sad jackweskla won’t be able to do the transcripts anymore. Hope somebody else can help (I’m sorry I won’t: as the guy above I’m form Barcelona too and it’s really hard forn to understand the dialogues without the subs…). Anyway, it seems it won’t be during much time–just two episodes left? If it’s coming back again after that why remove it in the first place? It just doens’t look right…

I have an idea. You can give us her e-mail or create one for her,
where we all can write her a letter how much we appreciate her job so far.
And how much we miss her now.
At least we can try.

That’s actually a good idea. I’ve just realised transcripting the show is much, much harder than I thought! Anyway, its best not to mail her. But I’m sure she wouldn’t mind your great comments on her blog. Hopefully it will pesuade her to continue! You guys are the best
